Location

My practice is located in a private office in West Lost Angeles servicing the areas around Santa Monica, Brentwood, Culver City, Westwood, Century City, and Beverly Hills. I am board certified in child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapy and my background and training is primarily psychoanalytic and psychodynamic. I specialize in personality disorders, relationship issues, and trauma.

Fees

Fees vary based on length of time and type of service offered. Cash, checks, HSA funds, and credit cards are accepted. For questions on the costs of specific services please call for further information. 

Insurance

I am not an in-network provider for any managed care health insurance companies, however, I am able to provide you with statements that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company should reimburse you for some percentage of the session fee. The percentage of reimbursement varies quite a bit from company to company, as does the deductible and the number of sessions they will cover. In some cases the reimbursement amount can be a surprisingly large portion of the fee. It is your responsibility to call your insurance company to find out exactly what your policy benefits are. 

Psychotherapy may be a tax-deductible expense depending on your financial situation and your total medical costs for the year. Fees for transportation to and from appointments may also be deductible as medical expenses. For more information please consult your tax advisor.
